Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: buick, buick lesabre, pawl

Question
i have a 1990 buick lesabre it was running fine,shut it off and went to start it it wont start. it is geting fuel and fire to plugs but will not start. anybody have any ideas????

What is the fuel pressure?
Needs to be 35-40 psi.
Are the injectors pulsing?
Is the Service engine soon Light On?
Is it turning over strong and fast? Was there ANY other happenings that you noticed (Rough running, stalling, etc....) Before this happened.
