Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 82 LeSabre, proper illumination, twilight sentinel

I am trying to save my son's college car.  The headlights won't turn off.  I've disconnected the low beams and use the dimmer switch to turn the high beam on and off. This does not provide proper illumination and will not pass inspection. How do I fix it, and how expensive will it be?

Hi Mark,
I would guess that car has the twilight sentinel system, and I don't know much about it, but I believe it needs the module replaced.
Don't just get one, though. See if you can find someone with some experience on the system to be sure.
