my car overheated then stalled found no antifreeze in radiator added some car started turned off car then added more now car wont turn over just makes a click sound any suggestions

Hello Damon,
Quite often the click click is from a weak battery, or bad battery connections.
But due to the loss of your coolant, I would probably remove all the spark plugs, and then with them out, crank the engine over.
If coolant squirts out from one or more of the plug holes, you could have a blown gasket. Hopefully an intake manifold gasket, but a head gasket is also possible.
