Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Flasher Delta 88, fuse block, delta 88

Are there two flashers in the 1984 Olds Delta 88 Royal, and if so where are they located? Problem: Rear turn signal lights do not come on, front turn signals come on but do not flash,and indicator lights stay on; Hazard lights flash in front only.

Yes, there are two flashers. One for the hazzard flashers, which is usually on the fuse block. And one for the signals, which is usually in a clip under the edge of the dash, near, or on the steering column.
But it sounds to me like the bulbs are burned out, or disconnected.
