Answer
The clock/radio draws some power all the time, but shouldn't be enough to do that.
Have you checked the glove compartment light?
Is there an alarm system on it, or aftermarket stereo?
A bad alternator diode could drain it.

Disconnect one of the battery cables, and put a test light between the battery post, and the cable.
Won't hurt if it blinks when you connect it, but it shouldn't stay lit.
Make sure the doors are closed. May need to allow a light timer to time out.
Remove fuses till the test light goes out, and something on that fuse is likely the cause.
