QuestionWell to begin it has been a while since i changed my oil, not have money to do it either. but there is oil in the vehicle. I drove the vehicle the day before, parked it and then went to start it this morning and it just won't turn over. it will crank but won't turn over to start.

Listen very carefully when you first put the key in and turn it to run. Don't crank it, just turn the key to run, and listen. You should hear the fuel pump inside the gas tank buzz for about two seconds.
If it doesn't, check the fuel pump fuse.
If it does, it is time to check the fuel pressure, and maybe change the fuel filter.
