Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 89 Olds 98 Regency Brougham AC/HTR FAN MOTOR Blows Continuously, climate control, fan motor

Question
This started today no prior repairs have been done and I can't find a fuse or relay that controls the fan motor. I have pulled all fuses and all relays I can find but the motor will not shut off unless unplugged. The car has auto climate control and the AC/Heater work like they should Turn down the temp and the AC works turn up the temp and the Heater works. The fan will not change speeds however it's on full blast. Sorry I hate to give up a fully loaded fully functional until today vehicle. Any idea where to start?

The A/C POWER MODULE has shorted out and this puts the fan on full speed.
