Pete suggested I changed the idle air sensor but the car has an idle control valve or a mass air sensor. Which one would need to be changed? Thank you for any help you can give me with this.
AnswerClean out your throttle plate area with a spray cleaner such as carb cleaner. remember to open the throttle all the way to clean the bottom side of the throttle valve.
Also locate the IAC valve port holeopening in the throttle body and clean in there also.
