Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: turn signals, ohm meter, meter signal

1998 olds intrigue, right side front & back turn-signals don,t work- so  far i changed bulbs front & back also bought new singal flasher from dealer & installed still right signals not working checked for 12v dc on back light colored wire blue w/white line w ohm meter & signal on -on  no volts  do i have an open wire somewhere i need wire diagram or info to help me with this problem  is  the feed go to the front bulb an than to the back or is it spliced in the dash 1 to the front & 1 to the back light please help thanks bill   ps- singal flasher clicks fast on right & slow on left so i think selector is ok, oh i,am a telephone repairman so i know some electrical

Hi Bill,
That fast click sounds like a short in the right side.
Make sure they are the correct bulbs, and then remove them both, and insert one, and then remove it and insert the other, just to see what happens.
The signal switch is also a possible problem.
