Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: car not getting any electrical arc, crankshaft sensor, electrical arc

i got a 1993 olds cuttlas cruiser 3.3L. There is no eletrical arc coming out of the wires.put a screwdriver in plug wire and touched it to body while the car was cranking, nothing happend. the car cranks, but wont start. Tried new wires, coiles packs, int module,crankshaft sensor, computer.Tripped the computer got a code 42,which says, bypass or electronic spark timing(est)circuit.do you know where i can find this circuit?or what else i can do besides taking it to a shop. could it be the knock sensor?

Did you CLEAR the code 42 from the computer and then try and restart the vehicle ?. Did the code 42 come back alone or are there more codes ?.

One thing you must keep in mind. Just because a part is NEW does NOT mean that it is working properly.
