Question -
can you tell me where to find the power trnsistor block for the digatal heater fan on a 1990 olds cutless suprem
thanks

Answer -
Hello Ted,
It will be mounted on the air duct, with the resistors actually protruding into the ductwork, so the airflow keeps it cool.
Some are under the hood on the blower housing. others behind the glove compartment.

And not TRANSistor block. It is a REsistor pack.

Answer
So I assume you found the blower resistors?
On the Ford. First you need to follow the hoses back to the engine, and find out why there is no coolant flow. One of the hoses should flow coolant when the engine is running. See if there is a vacuum, or cable controlled shutoff valve between the heater and the engine. Then get it to open.
If there is no valve, make sure the nipple that the hose connects to is not plugged.
