Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1996 Olds Achieva (power windows), olds achieva, toggle switch

Question
The main control switch on drivers door controls all the windows.  While using those switch's all the windows will go up and down.  However, the passenger, and the two rear windows will not work by their own switch.  I have checked fuses, took door off driver's side to see if there was something unplugged conserning the "lock" button and everything seemed in order.  I don't know if I need a whole new control panel because the window lock may be stuck or not.  I don't think it would be the individual motors because they work through the drivers control panel.  Any possible suggestions, or help?  Thank you for your time!

You are correct in that it is not the motors.
Window lock is what I was thinking before I finished reading.
I'd say the lock switch is the problem, but I have no idea weather it is a simple mechanical toggle switch, or something more sinister in the drivers control area.
That would be the area i would be checking though.
