The parking brake light comes on during hard acceleration, stays on for a few minutes then goes off. There are no noticeable changes in performance. The traction control works fine. This just started to happen. What could cause the light to come on?
I've checked the wiring and the peddle nothing seems to be wrong. This morning the light was on when I started the car and stayed on for possibly 5 min or so. Could it be the anti lock sensor? Or the brake fluid?

I guess on that car their could be a fluid level sensor, and it could act similar if it was right at a certain level. Sure easy to check, just fill it up.
Wheel speed sensor? Possible. If so, though, there would be a stored code that can be recovered with a scan tool. Some parts houses will read them for you, or at least loan you a scan tool.
