Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 95 buick 3.3, buick regal, autorepair

Van,  I have a 95 buick regal 3.3 that started acting up recently. 60,000mi. After up to temp. and shut off for 10 min. or more it starts & runs perfect until you pull out on road & go to give it fuel & then rpm's drop and will stall or run at 2 or 300rpm. I shut it off & restart & it runs perfect all day until I shut it off again. When it is cold (am) it start s & runs good until I shut it off again. Had it in 4 times now & had fuel filter, O2 sensor & EGR. Help Please!!!   Thanks Dave
