ABS light comes on, flashes as supposed to when key turned.  However, the light then stays on.  The seatbelt light should also come on when the key is turned and then should go out when the driver seatbelt is fastened.  The seatbelt light does not come on at all.  
This happens on one trip; may function properly on the next trip.
So, ABS light stays on; shouldn't.  Seatbelt light doesn't come on.

Hi Faye,
I have seen the ABS light stay on due to the stoplight in the rear window being out.
Of course, there could also be an ABS problem, like a wheel sensor or wire loose.
If the light stays on, then someone with a code scan tool should be able to recover the codes.
But I wouldn't let them replace any expensive part, cause the blown stoplight seems to set a wheelspeed sensor code.
