I own a 1997 oldmobile cuttlas supreme . With 15000 miles on it. (it was moms car and she did't drive much) every time you apply the brakes you hear a clicking sound comming from the front left side, and inconjunction with the sound all power in the car fluxuates no one can figure it out .the brake system has been checked and is ok .and they work fine. please help

Elaborate in more detail what you mean when you say: all power in the car fluxuates !!!!!!!!!!.
head lights, dash lights,radio light all go slightly dim then back to normal as you hear the clicking noise, when applying the brake you hear it go click,click, click,click,click,click, untill you stop then all lights are fine you can even hear it in the radio music oh! so slightly

AnswerI would STRONGLY suggest that you have a professional technician take a look at this problem. Since I obviously do not have access to the vehicle it could be something very serious and I would NOT delay in having a professional look at it.
If I had access to the vehicle I am confident that I could find your problem but I would have to see the vehicle.
