Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1992 Olds Cutlass Cierra Turn Signal Issue, oldsmobile cutlass cierra, turn signal flasher

I have a '92 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cierra and it seemed that the left side turn signal burned out. I've replaced all the bulbs and check the fuses and the left side just lights up solid - it does not "blink." I have tested the hazard lights and they appear to work fine, they "blink" off and on with no difficulty. After checking all of these bulbs and fuses, what could the problem be that the left side doesn't want to "blink?"

check to see that the exact number of bulbs flash on the RIGHT side as are lighting up on he left side.

The tail lights may have 2 bulbs in them and one may be burned out on the left.

IF the bulbs check out OK, Replace the TURN SIGNAL FLASHER.

Do NOT replace the hazard flasher.
