i have a 1991 buick park avenue with no working turn singles. the front light up.
but dont blink. the rear dont do anything. bulbs are all good. park lights good. 4 ways work fine .the turn arrows on dash work with the 4 ways. not the turn. have new flasher. fuse all good. new turn single switch.
Answer -
There are TWO FLASHERS. ONE is for the TURN SIGNALS and the other is for the 4 ways. You replaced the 4 way flasher and NOT the turn signal flasher.

Replace the turn signal flasher.
thats what i thought but i can only find the one do you know were it is located and thank you very much this hs been driveing me crazy

Answer
If you look up under the dash near the steering column on a bracing bracket you will see a small usually round flasher unit clipped in a metal bracket all by itself.

Use a flashlight and look HARD as it is up there.

If it is NOT there then it is over near the glove box area.
