Question -
I had recently got my transmition rebuilt and the mechanic calls and tells me The Quad driver Modeual Code 26 had burned up the egnition. So what is the Quad modeual Code 26 do and what causes it to burn up? And how much do you think a problem like that would cost?
Answer -
You need to get better terminology as I have never heard of a :

Quad driver Modeual Code 26.

well the mechanic didn't explain too much, all I understood was this was an electrical problem with the Module and he indicated which one it was (code 26). He said that specific module was burned out and the car isnot able to start. I was just wondering if it was something I had done while I drove the car or something they messed up and trying to make me pay extra for. What factors would cause the car not to start if the engiene is good and transmition was just rebuilt?

Answer
If the car started and ran BEFORE you took it into the shop and now it won't start due to this faulty part, This is kind of suspicious. It could be something that just decided to fail at this particular point or he did something to destroy it.

There is no way to prove he did it.
