Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: blower motor, air circulation, blower fan

i have a 1993 olds 88, the blower will not stop when i shut oo a/c or  heat or shut off key. where is relay, how do i tell if it is bad? what else could it be, and where is it located?

Your problem is VERY COMMON and requires replacement of the BLOWER FAN CONTROL MODULE of which is located right next to the blower motor that provides the air circulation for the inside of the vehicle for your heat and A/C.

IF you have NO USE for the old module I would like to have it as I rebuild them.
