Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Seat belt buzzer on 1995 Olds Ciera, 1995 oldsmobile ciera, oldsmobile ciera

I am the owner of a 1995 Oldsmobile Ciera.  The seat belt, lights on, and key in ignition buzzer does not sound. I am sure the previous owner who was handicapped had it disabled.  The gauges fuse is in place and is good.  What do I do?

Him. ME and ten thousand others can't stand that buzzer either.

The buzzer is a plastic module that usually plugs into the side of fuse panel. Look for an empty 3, 4 or 5 pin slot that appears that it should have something plugged into it as this is most likely where this module goes.

It IS possible that it may have been simply unplugged under the drivers seat. It is uaually a 1 or 2 wire connector. Simply plug it back together.
