Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 3800 with Supercharger, electrical wiring harnesses, cutlas

I'm putting a 3800 SC series II in a 95 Cutlas, I know that I need to change the ECM, the motor was new in 97, its never been fired(so its brand new)what would you recomend for an ecm, from what model of car should I purchase this for, that would fit into the Cutlas, and what other stuff should I be concerned with prior to installing this Engine?

Your looking at replacing EVERY electrical wiring harnesses in the engine compartment as well as in and under the dash for the computer.

What are you going to do about emissions inspections as it will NEVER PASS.

I STRONGLY discourgae this complex never ending process.
