Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 91 Buick Park Ave., buick park ave, screw driver

Question
Hello, 91 park ave, will not turn over by turning key.  I Can jump
the starter but engine shuts off right away as if it is not getting
run power.  Same seems to be with the starter (no start power).
Obiously starter is not a issue nor is the battery.  I have been
thinking it might be something with the security system or
something. tried 2 different keys, both good condition, same
thing.  Security light does not flash or come on when key is in on
position or in start position.  I have tried starting the car in
nuetral and in park to see if the nuetral censor disconnect was
bad.  I was also thinking it might be the ignition coil or
something but i would still be able to leave it in the run position
and jump the starter.  Any help here would be great.  So here is
the sum up, thanks for your time.
1. will not turn over.
2.Starter relay IS clicking apon turning key to start position but
engine is NOT turning over.  Upon doing this with the lights on
they are also NOT dimming.
3. can jump starter with a screw driver or wire but will not run
(engine will crank but shuts off right away).
4. I have checked all fuses under the dash and under the hood,
all are good.
5. Fuel pump IS running (can hear it for the first few seconds
after key is turned to "run" position).
6. All "idiot" lights come on when key is turned to on position,
(looks normal for start up).
7. All connections to battery are clean and tight.

Answer
Hello Josh,
If we were talking about a non-passkey system, I would think ignition switch. Still could be, but I have no experience with the pass-key, so I don't know how it would affect cranking.
It could also be a loose connection, like at the switch, or where the wires all pass through the firewall.
