Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: cost of repair, rear wheel bearings, bad wheel bearing

hello again. wrote yesterday with a question about 92 plymouth acclaim, trouble with reverse. you said to check the rear wheel bearings and the linkage on  the transmission, i will do that , but could you have a ballpark figure about how much that will cost, its hard to find an honest mechanic. thanks pete,   katie hadfield

to have the car checked should be no charge if they find a bad wheel bearing . And that is what it sounds like to me the cost installed at my shop is 100 dollors and if the linkage is the problem then around 50 dollors . good luck to u again hun and you have a pretty name please rate my serivice pete
