Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Where is my fuel filter located?, oldsmobile alero, oxegen sensor

Question
I own a 1999 Oldsmobile Alero 2.4L GLS, I recently performed a tune-up and oil change on this car myself. I have done this many times before and know that I did nothing wrong or broke anything in this process. However ever since this repair my car has been loosing anywhere from 50-60 miles from a tank of gas. My father who is now a retired mechanic knows nothing about cars newer than 1985. So this leaves me stuck trying to find out where my fuel filter goes. The repair book I own didnt even show me where it is located. Then when I went to the auto parts store to buy the filter the only thing they could tell me is either by the gas tank or under the hood. So I figured I would just check with someone who knows.

Thank You
