Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: fog lights, radiator support, fog light

I have a oldsmobile van silahouette 1999
I am trying to change a fog light bulb I can't figure out how to get into the houseing to change bulb.
How do I get into it?

Hello Jamie,
I have never worked on a Silahouette, but most of the lights that new, you remove from the back of the assembly.
I have seen where the complete assembly is removed from the car to do it, and I have seen where you remove a battery or air cleaner to get to the opening through the radiator support.
