Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: accessory belt replacement, dollors, pulley

Question
What tool or method is best for depressing the tensioning pulley on a 4.3 olds 88 (1998) for belt replacement. Also,it looks like the spacer on the front motor mount bracket(passenger side) must be removed.Thanks in advnance for sharing your knowledge.Regards,CRG

at the parts store they sell a special wrench for realesing the teninsher it is 20 dollors for the wrench will adapt for all cars a wise tool to have . you should take the bolt off the motor mount then jack your motor up about 3 inches then you can remove it please rate my serivice pete
