Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Pontiac Grand Am blower motor, side firewall, pontiac grand am

Question
For a 1993 Pontiac Grand Am, Quad 4, the blower fan does not work when it is cold.  When the car is kept in the garage or after the car is well warmed up it starts to work.  Would this be the blower motor?  How difficult of a job is it?  It looks like it may be inside of a plastic housing on the passenger side firewall.  It says "cut here to remove motor".  I thought this may mean the blower motor.

Answer
hi david, well i wouldn,t cut that before you look under the dash on pass side.this could be the blower motor and or the resistor resistor is cheaper.it will be located in your heater box very close to your heater motor.good luck please vote for me billymac
