Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: not starting, buick regal, batterry

Question
1990 buick regal will not turn over 3.1 ltr engine put in garage with heat blowing under car for 2 hours  and car started. drove for 4 days and car would not start again. weather -14 degrees celcius. changed oil 5w-30. starter seems like it is trying to engage but does not turn over.

hi dan,well you need too take a breaker bar and see if the engine can be turned useing the big bolt on the crank.if it turns freely then your starter or batterry or cables are bad.if it won,t turn over major eng damage or water in system somewhere .cold weather kills starters.good luck.please rate my help ty billymac
