Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Radio Security Codes?And electric locks?, electric locks, power locks

My mom bought a 98 Olds Cutless a few years ago an the battery had to be replaced an now the radio needs a security code to play again?The battery was dead for several days! What could it be an how would you enter it? Also for this model , isn't it like-ly that it had electric door looks? the car is loaded as far as options but it was a totaled car that had been hit from the front an was rebuilt.....but was"t given any door clickers with it!!!! How would you determine this an how would you get a clicker to match the car? This is a 98 Cutless v-6 4 door!!!

HI LARRY.,WELL IT IS POSSIBLE THAT ,SOMEONE ORDERED THE CAR WITHOUT POWER LOCKS.AND NOT LIKELY THAT BOTH DOORS WOULD HAVE BEEN CHANGED.BUT IF YOU TAKE THE DOOR PANEL OFF AND THERE IS AN EXTRA SET OF WIRES THERE THEN THESE WOULD BE FROM THE POWER LOCKS.AND WHICH CASE YOU WOULD HAVE TO BUY LOCK CONTROLS FOR INSIDE DOOR AND SWITCHES TO OPERATE AND RELAYS.PRETTY BIG PROB.BUT YOU CAN HAVE AFTERMARKET POWER LOCKS INSTALLED..AS FOR THE RADIO CODE CALL THE DEALER THEY WILL WANT TO SEE PROOF OF OWNERSHIP AND WILL GIVE YOU THE RADIO CODE.THANKS PLEASE RATE MY HELP BILLYMAC
