Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: auto heater, automatic climate control, auto heater

Question
Hi Billy,
I'm currently driving a '97 Pontiac Bonneville (sorry about the make of car....there were no Pontiac guys to ask for help)with a 3.8 liter v6. It has the automatic climate control. The last few days I've noticed the heat is not being generated as it once was. Tonight, it stopped heating at all, even though today it seemed better. The temperature tonight is 4 degrees, if that helps with your diagnosis. It sure didn't help the lack of feeling in my fingers on my way home. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
John
