Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1990 Buick Regal 3.8 no fire, camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor

Question
i am stumped. my 1990 buick regal custom 3.8 will not start. it does not have fire. i have replaced the ignition module, the coils, the crankshaft sensor, the camshaft interrupter, the camshaft sensor, and the ecm.( i used the old prom with the new ecm) my understanding is that the prom is good if you can enter the diagnostic mode via the obd-1 connector. ( it does and the code i got before i cleared it was 42) of course i checked all fuses. there is power to the ignition module on turn key, but no voltage at either the crankshaft sensor or camshaft sensor. i suspect a faulty fusible link but do not know where to begin. if you have any idea of what the problem is or what else i should check please let me know.

Answer
