Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1999 Buick Century clod start, miles warranty, degree environment

Question
Hello Pete,

I have a 1999 Buick Century sedan with a 3.1 L engine, which has run 54 k miles.  It has problem with clod start at 60F degree environment.  I replaced a new battery according to a garage¡¯s inspection, but it did not fix the problem.  The transmission was repaired 12 months ago at Buick Delar while the car just pass 36 k miles warranty.  I have paid a lot of time and money for this car.  How should I do next, send to dealer or garage?  Please give your suggestion.

Amy

The first thing i want you to know is thire is moistore in the tank . This is why hard starting when it is cold here is what you should do . Is go to the parts store and buy some dry gas at to the full tank of gas in your car this will improve the starting . No dealer they are good at taken money .
