Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: rear passenger window motor, oldsmobile alero, 2000 oldsmobile alero

I have a 2000 oldsmobile alero V6 The window can be raised by hand and lowered by hand I am assuming the problem is a motor or regulator.I have never disassembled a door before to get to the window is their any tips you might have before tackling this project.

HI ANTHONY ,YES LOOK CLOSELY FOR HIDDEN SCREWS MOST GM,S HAVE SNAP LOCKS.JUST CAREFULLY PRY THEM OUT WITH A WIDE TIPPED SCREWDRIVER.OTHER THEN THAT WHEN YOU GET IN THERE YOU WILL SEE HOW IT ALL COMES APART.PLEASE TAKE TIME TO RATE ME .IT WILL KEEP THIS SERVICE FREE TY BILLYMAC
