Sorry for the delay but I've been busy.    Today It would stall at a higher RPM as the engine warmed up. At one point I had it running for 15 minutes and no matter what I did it would not stall.  I went ahead and bought the scanner needed for this car to check for any possable error codes.  And there were none.
Then I did what you suggested but the engine still does the same.

Thanks for the quick response. That's just what it sounds like so I did check for loose wires, plug wires included.  I even had a friend to double check behind me. I changed the fuel filter too. Here are a few other observations with this car.  When I move the throttle to the point where it wants to stall and hold it there, the computer sometimes will compensate and the engine will smooth out but will not idle when the throttle is returned to the idle position.   One time I was able to rev the engine a few times during this scenario with out a problem, then it stalled.  Now during this time those 3 lights mentioned before were on.

This car first sputters then stalls at 1,500 RPMs when in park. The throttle is in the same spot each time.  I checked the throttle positioning sensor and found a few bad spots.  I changed it but the problem persists.  Just before it stalls, the red coolant & charging light come on along with oil service light. If the throttle is moved very-very slowly the RPMs can go higher but the red lights stay on.  After it stalls it will only restart if the ignition is completely turned off first. Check engine light does not come on at all.

hi paul.wow paul this is a weird prob it sounds like you have a problem with a ground wire.check under the hood for loose grounds going from the firewall to the eng.and pos cable also.if you don,t find any probs here write back i will tell you more ty billy mac please rate my service ty

hi paul.ok here is what we need to do first let,s forget about those lights for now.follow your breather tube up to the engine.you will come to the throttle body there is a iac mtr mounted here it has a flat 3 or 4 wire plug .it is round about the size of a half dollar and 1 and a half in wide.it is black there will be three torx bolts holding it on.remove this part clean it and reinstall .or replace this parts sole purpose in life is too idle the engine..ok not done yet.there is an egr valve this part is bolted to the intake manafold and has a tube going to the exhaust.and an elec plug on it.while eng is runing and trying to stall tap very firmly on this valve if it changes anything this part has to be removed and the carbon build up taken off.good luck billymac

hi paul we need to move on ,it sounds like a bad pump.you need to hook a fuel pressure guage up you will have about 40 psi fuel.when it dies watch the guage.does the pressure drop if so bad pump and or regulator.these lights will come on each time the car begins to stall if you kill the eng with out turning off the key you will see they come on then also sounds like fuel pressure check this out let me know ty billymac

Answer
hey paul ,well we have eliminated a fuel delivery prob fuel pressure is normal.so now we are back to a definate elec prob.well paul normally when you have a kinda weird or unusual prob like this it ends up being the ecm or computer.or cranksensor you will need to go to the shop and get it diagnosed sorry but only so much that can be done on the net .but i tried good luck
