Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: changing lightbulb, carpert, buick lesabre

Question
Hi Pete,
This is not a repair question, but one that I need an answer to before inspection time.

The blinker (turn signal) on right side does not work, light comes on on dash board, but does not blink.  I think it is a bulb in the back cause one bulb comes on in the back - doesn't blink, but does come on.  There are two bulbs on the left side in the back and they work just fine.

Car is a 91 Buick LeSabre.  Question:  How the *&%( do I get to where the bulb is?  I can not find any access.  I've looked everywhere in the trunk area for screws that might lead me there.  I tried to pry the reflector off on the outside - didn't work.

So...any suggestions?

I'd sure appreciate your help.  Thanks in advance.

sue.
