Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 2000 alero will not start, crank sensor, blown fuse

Question
I have a 2000 alero v6. My car was running great parked it for the night next day no go. I have spark and fuel coming out of fuel rail. I can hear fuel pump working. tryed holding foot to the floor to start no result. can you tell me what else to check or where to look thanks

Answer
hi keith.well you have spark and fuel and can hear the pump run.so essentially appears like all systems are go.but probably what you don,t have is injector pulse.or a pulse reference that actually tells the injectors to fire the fuel you have avail.this signal comes from the crank sensor.and goes to the ecm and from there from the injectors.so i would have to believe either a blown fuse or bad crank sensor be sure and check all fuses.good luck.and please take a sec of your time to rate my help..ty billymac
