Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1998 oldsmobile achieva, oldsmobile achieva, loose connections

My ABS and ETS lights come on sometimes. The weather seems to play a part in this. In cool mornings they are off I drive 35 miles to work and in hot afternoon the lights come on. I checked for loose connections but found none. Is ther something I can check for without taking it to be scanned?

HI KJ. NO THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN CHECK OTHER THEN CONNECTIONS.HOWEVER THERE IS SOMETHING YOU CAN TRY.FIRST BE SURE RESAVOIR MIS FULL.DISCONNECT NEG BAT CABLE FOR 5 MIN.THIS WILL CLEAR THE ABS COMPUTER.IF IT HAS PICKED UP A CODE IN ERROR.IT WILL STAY OUT IF IT IS A HARD CODE IT WILL RETURN.AND THEN MUST BE SCANNED.GOOD LUCK AND PLEASE TAKE A SEC TO RATE MY HELP.AS IT IS IMPORTANT TO ME TY BILLYMAC
