When I shut off my 1995 Buick Riviera, the air conditioning blower stays on for hours. Where are the relays, etc for the blower and how do I fix this? Thanks!!
Answer -
hi rilla.well i am not sure if you are talking about the fans under the hood or your dash heater mtr.but sense the dash mtr is supposed to run off the key switch.i will assume that the one under the hood is running.the relay for this fan is located in the relay cntr under the hood.but if this is the prob i cannot tell you until i know first  the cooling fan under the hood  or the heater mtr inside the car if you answer these questions i will give you a better idea how to fix ty billymac

It's the one inside the car, blowing out of the dash.  On this model, there are fuses under the back seat (not too convienent!!).  I found the fuse to remove to make it stop, but I have to put the fuse back in to have air conditioning when I drive.  I would like to know if there is a relay  or something that is the real problem and where I would find it.

Thanks for your help.

Answer
hi rilla.well there is a relay cntr in this vehicle it should be under the hood but could be where the fuse box is read your owners manual to locate this relay.once you find these relays also look in pass front under dash for a relay cntr..after you locate leave fuse in so mtr is running one relay will be warmer then the rest.pull relays one at a time until fan goes off.switch that relay with another all will be the same.buy new relay..now that is one possibility.the other.this vehicle is conciddered as a high line car as cad linc olds etc.so they also utilize abody computer this computer actually controls all the options inside the car such as heater a/c pwr  wndws stereo .this may be an option if relays don,t work.i must advise you though this vehicle is a very complicated car an uses extremely sophistacated computers.so be very careful when testing these components..if this don,t help i would advise you to go to a gm dealer for diagnostics..good luck  .please don,t forget to rate all experts..billy mac
