Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 92 Olds Regency Elite, windsheild wipers, air conditioner blower

Question
Hello Van.
I have a 92 Oldmobile that has had water leaking into the interior for a while now. I have replaced both the front and rear door seals and still have the problem. I have been told that there a drain tubes that get plugged and can cause this problem. Are you aware of this? I was looking at the screen between the windsheild and hood, it has some debris in it. The problem is you have to remove the windsheild wipers to get the screen out and I can figure out how they are attached. Anyway, I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Thanks, Randy

Answer
The drain tube is out of the bottom of the heater/air conditioner blower housing. It is to allow condensation from the evaporator to drain outside the car.
It may be against the firewall, under the hood, where the plastic housing bolts to the firewall, or it can be a rubber tube through the floor, under the heater.
