Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Engine wont start without a jump, cutlass, electrical power

My car won't start, it has no electrical power until someone gives me jump. I've had my alternator and battery checked, and i've been told they are alright. What could be the problem. It runs fine after getting it started. Do I need to put full charge onthe battery.The car is a 93 Cutlass Olds

this is a bad starter it as to be replaced and you should be fine . when you do get the car started take off the pos. calble on the bat. and if the car stays runing then the chargeing system is good . then change the starter good luck to u hun and you have a pretty name pete
