Plymouth Repair: electrical question., plymouth grand voyager, radio clock

Question
Hello, I'd like to thank you in advance for your time.  I have a '92 plymouth grand voyager SE with ~115,000 on the odometer.  My question is in regards to the gauge cluster/dash, parking (front and back) lights.  They won't come on at night except for the headlights but the funny thing is the brake lights work when they are used but won't stay on like they are supposed to. Also, the radio/clock seems to work fine as well as the hazard lights. I checked and swap tested the fuses and they don't seem to be the problem.  Your input would be invaluable, thanks again. -Ben...oh, haven't had any major repairs with the exception of the fuel pump.  It has been a reliable minivan since we've had it for 2 years.
