Pontiac Repair: grand prix 2000

My Pontiac grand prix shuts off on me sometimes when I turn left then starts right up. Can u help me?

when it stalls is it like someone just turned the key off? or does it chug sputter and spit then stall? does it make a difference how much fuel is in the tank.  when it happens is it cold or hot? the more info you give me the more help I can be. Any service engine soon light on after you restart it.
