Sometimes the car starts sometimes it won't and when It do start it will run for a while and stop or if I try to drive it it will stall and shUT off if the rpms isn't high what could it be

that's odd for the most part these cars have no issues at all with running they are a Toyota and you can't kill them. only thing that comes to mind is a dirty throttle plat and throttle bore being that you said the idle is low I'm thinking the is coked up with carbon and could be your issue that passage is a calibrated vacuum leak and if it's caked up with caron/gunk then that "May" be your issue...
