Pontiac Repair: a/c and noise

Question
Hello, I have a 2001 Pontiac Bonneville SLE and about a month ago the heater/air conditioner stopped blowing out of the floor and dash vents. It still blows hot/cold air very well, but only from the defrost. And secondly there is a whinny noise coming from the front passenger tire (I suspect it is the tire). The sound gets louder as I accelerate, quieter as I slow down, and it completely stops if the car is not moving OR if I am making a right turn. Help please

Answer
Hi Luara:

Ok for the HVAC there are eletric motors that run the doors for the air flow. the mode door motor is more then likley bad. as for the noise you hearing driving. if it's a squeek it could be thye brake wear indicator if it a growl/whine it more then likley needs a wheel bearing also known as a (Hub) good luck :-)
