Pontiac Repair: Pontiac bonneville 02 engine stuttering, mass air sensor, mass air flow sensor

Question
Hey man i have this recent problem ive noticed with my car. Last week i filled it up full of gas of regular(which i normally dont get) and i drove home fine. Now 10 mins later i attempted to drive and it would stall on me on the road like it was being choked. It starts fine in idle usually but once i get over 1500 rpm it chokes and jerks and stalls sometimes, others it would just just keep going till i make it stall. And this doesnt happen every time i try to drive it this week. Seems spontanious. Could it be the gas i used or a fuel filter? I just find it coincidence that it happened after i gassed up on regular and this never happened before. Its a v6 with no supercharger with 211000km, year 2002 bonneville

Thank you for your time

Answer
Hey chris:

well it can be a bunch of things it sounds like you have at least 2 issues going on here. a bad spark plug wire or wire(s) try unplugging the mass air flow sensor and see if it runs better it may hesitate that's okay but see if the "choking" is gone. lastly for stalling it could be related to the mass air sensor or the crank position sensor may be going bad. good luck :-)
