Pontiac Repair: high beam switch lever, pontiac bonneville, low beam

Question
I have a 94 Pontiac Bonneville SE, I opened the steering column for another purpose but as I was putting it back together noticed that the lever for the high low beam switch had fallen out.  I have an idea where it goes but can't for the life of me get it in the right position.  Do you have any diagrams to show me the correct position?

That piece goes on the back side of the plastic backer behind the turn siganl. Do not try the Hi/lo beams untill you have the upper bowl put back on and the pastic close out cap behind the turn siganl stalk because the acatuator piece your talking about will pop off again It need to be fully assembled before you try it. Been there Done that!
