Pontiac Repair: 30 Amp fuse repeatedly blowing for cooling fan, amp fuse, 2007 pontiac g5

I have a 2007 Pontiac G5 GT, I have had it for several years and it has recently started blowing the same fuse repeatedly ( I have changed it 5 times over the last 1.5 yrs) and its been happening more frequently over the past 3 weeks I have changed it twice. What could be causing this, and can I fix it? help :( TY

Hi Sarah:

a few thoughts. with out seeing it It's hard to say what the issue is but first though is it's just a bad eletric cooling fan motor for the radaitor. second though is chafed/rubbed though wire going from the underhood fuse box to the fan it has to be one or the other but with out seeing it I can't tell you for sure which it is. good luck :-)
