Pontiac Repair: 98 grand prix a arm and ball joints, replacement joints, ball joints

I just looked under my 98 grand prix with a 3.1 and noticed the ball joints were bad and the bushings on the a arms are worn badly, how do i replace the factory riveted ball joint and the bushings on the a arm?

As for the Ball joints the rivots need to be drilled out ad the replacement joints comes it nuts and bolts to attach it back on the arm. The bushings need to be cut out or punched out with a chisel. You can use a ball joint press "c" clamp tool to press them back in. You may want to look around on the net and see if you can just get replacemnt arms cheap? You will need stabalizer links as well theose will not come off with out breaking them off. good luck :-)
