Answer
Hi anthony:

what engine is in this? when it runs hot does the eletric cooling fan turn on? if so when you place your hand behind the fan area (watch out for the belt) do you feel hot are being drawn though the radiator or not. if you don't feel any heat the radiator is not doing what it should and transfer the heat from the cooling syatme to the air passing though. Does the fan even turn on?? If the coolant was rusty colored chances are you have some restrictions in the radiator and even in the ehater core. Prestone makes a VERY good 2 part dry chemical flush and neutralizer. follow the driections to the "T" and run an extra cycle of fresh wtare throughit before you add fresh coolant. Good luck :-)
